Karim, un fabricant de prothèses dentaires à revenu moyen, aspire à changer sa situation sociale. Il tente de convaincre son amie la riche planificatrice de mariage, Neggafa Rokia, d’acheter un dentier en or « Hollywood Smile » en échange de sa luxueuse limousine.
Mais suite à un accident, Rokia tombe dans le coma. Dès lors, Karim se lance à la quête du « Hollywood Smile » qui le mène à travers une série de situations cocasses et rebondissements surprenants…

كريم، صانع للأسنان متوسط الدخل، يطمح إلى تغيير وضعيته الاجتماعية. فيحاول إقناع صديقته رقية، النكافة الثرية ومخططة حفلات الزفاف، بشراء غشاء أسنان من ذهب « هوليوود سمايل » مقابل سيارتها الليموزين الفاخرة.
و لكن ، بعد حادث سير، تدخل رقية في غيبوبة. منذ ذلك الحين، يشرع كريم في البحث عن « هوليوود سمايل » والذي يقوده عبر سلسلة من المواقف المضحكة والمفاجآت الغير المتوقعة ….
